Our fees

Agreed Fees: We charge on an agreed fee basis for stand alone work where we can quantify the cost. This means we agree a fee with you based on the work and service you require. This will usually be determined by your solicitor after they have established what type of work is required. You would then receive a quote or invoice for the agreed fee or details of our hourly rate charges depending on the experience of the solicitor. For an indication of agreed fees for our standard services please review our price list.

Fixed Fees: We do not offer work on a fixed fee basis.

Hourly Rates: Our hourly rates typically range between £150 - £250.

VAT: We charge 20% VAT to all clients including businesses in addition to our fees where applicable.

Other Costs: Disbursements are additional costs such as court fees, government fees etc. These costs do not form part of our fees for professional services. They are additional costs that you will need to pay to process your case. In most cases we collect this payment from you and send it to the relevant third party on your behalf. If disbursements are applicable in your case you will be advised of the amount at the beginning of your case.

Refunds: We do not issue refunds for agreed fees once we have started to work on your case. This does not affect your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations which allows you to cancel within 14 days for a full refund if we have not started working on your case. (Full details are stated in our Terms of Business.)

Your quote or invoice will show a breakdown of the work agreed upon, any applicable disbursements and our fees.
